1. Who We Are
TraxionLab is a cloud-based business operating platform for independent business owners and small to mid-size companies, operated by TraxionLab LLC ("TraxionLab," "we," "us," or "our"). Our platform is accessible at traxionlab.com and through related applications and services. TraxionLab is affiliated with related training and consulting brands under common ownership.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, use our platform, participate in our coaching programs, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes your choices about the use of your information.
By accessing or using TraxionLab, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We may update this policy from time to time, and your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This Privacy Policy is subject to our Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.
Personal Information
Personal Information is data that identifies you as an individual. This includes:
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, business name, industry, and job title
- Billing information: Payment method details processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). TraxionLab does not directly store your credit card numbers.
- Communications: Messages you send us via email, chat, forms, or during coaching and support sessions
- Platform content: Data you input into the platform, including contacts, pipeline information, calendar entries, automations, templates, and other business data
- Coaching session information: Topics discussed, goals set, strategies developed, and notes from group or one-on-one coaching sessions
Non-Personal Information
Non-Personal Information does not identify you individually. This includes:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time on site, click patterns, and referral URLs
- Aggregated usage data and platform performance metrics
Information Your Customers Provide
When you use TraxionLab to manage your business, you may input information about your own clients and leads — names, phone numbers, email addresses, service history, and similar data. You are the data controller of this information. TraxionLab acts as a data processor, handling this data only as necessary to provide the platform to you. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate consent or legal basis to collect and store your clients' information using our platform.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information in three ways:
- Directly from you. When you create an account, subscribe to a plan, submit a form, book a coaching session, contact support, attend an event, or otherwise provide information to us voluntarily.
- Automatically. When you use our website or platform, we collect certain information through cookies, pixel tags, analytics tools, and similar technologies. See Section 8 (Cookies and Tracking) for details.
- From third parties. We may receive information from payment processors, integration partners, analytics providers, and advertising platforms that help us operate and improve our services.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Providing our services: Operating the platform, managing your account, processing payments, delivering coaching sessions, and providing customer support
- Improving our platform: Analyzing usage patterns, diagnosing technical issues, developing new features, and optimizing performance
- Communicating with you: Sending service updates, security alerts, billing notifications, coaching reminders, and subscription-related messages
- Marketing: Sending newsletters, product updates, tips, and promotional content — only with your consent and always with the ability to opt out
- Billing and accounting: Processing subscription fees, usage-based charges for SMS and email, and maintaining financial records
- Legal compliance: Meeting regulatory obligations, responding to lawful requests from authorities, preventing fraud, and enforcing our terms
- Analytics: Compiling aggregated, anonymized statistics about platform usage to improve our services (this data does not identify you individually)

TraxionLab provides tools to help you manage consent, but compliance is ultimately your responsibility.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information except in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the platform, including payment processing (Stripe), SMS and email delivery services, cloud hosting, analytics providers, customer support tools, and our underlying platform infrastructure provider. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
- Affiliated brands. TraxionLab LLC is affiliated with related training and consulting brands under common ownership. We may share information between affiliated entities for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy, such as billing, support, and service improvement.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

We select platform partners that maintain industry-standard security practices and we monitor their security posture, but we do not independently operate or audit the underlying server infrastructure.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information at every level we control, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the security of your own devices.
If we become aware of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law and provide information about the nature of the breach, the data affected, and the steps we are taking in response.
